The Criteria to work with 1st Ally Services
Medicaid eligible participants may qualify for Consumer Director Services (CDS).
A program that allows our clients to hire someone of their choosing to be their Caregiver.
Criteria for a Caregiver:
- Must be at least 18 Years old
- Must Successfully pass the background screening.
- Cannot be the client's spouse
- Must have a lot of compassion and enjoy helping others.
CDS Eligiblity Criteria:
- Must be Medicaic eligible to participate.
- Must be able to hire, manage and supervise the caregiver.

- Grooming
- Laundry
- Grocery Runs
- Medication Reminders
- Companionsip Services
